$10 and a non-perishable food item for Food bank Network of Somerset County ALL proceeds benefit the New Jersey Recovery Fund, helping support nonprofits and communities as they rebuild after Hurricane Sandy.
The concert showcases performances by New Jersey dance companies and artists including:

At The Shaker Heights Library Bertram Woods Branch Verlezza Dance members Sabatino Verluzza and Tracy Pattison will teach the basic steps so you can sway to the romantic sounds of the fine romance composers. This program is in conjunction with the ALA exhibit of A Fine Romance, Jewish Songwriters American Songs, 1910 - 1965.

May 27, 2011: Tis a Gift Performance
Verlezza Dance will premiere excerpts of a new choreography Tis a Gift by Artistic Director, Sabatino Verlezza on May 27, 2011, 2:00pm at Onaway Elementary School in Shaker Heights. The work is inspired by the music and the traditions of the Shakers. Verlezza Dance, founded and still working in NYC, has resided in Shaker Heights since 2003.

Sabatino Verlezza will introduce the evening screening of the film "Bread and Tulips." The theme for Lakeland Community College film festival is romantic comedies. The presentation to cover dating and courting rituals in Italian culture.
January 23 & January 29, 2011 Performance at Dobama Theatre
Verlezza Dance is part of the inaugural season of GYMworks in Dobama Theatre’s new permanent home in Cleveland Heights. The program will include works to the music of Strauss' Vier Letzte Lieder, Beethoven, Debussy, Sokolov and Etezady.
